Energy Suppliers
We provide smart meter data access, baselining, forecasting, bidding and settlement services. All energy suppliers have to do is recruit the customers.
Battery OEMs
We deliver full end-to-end engagement with National Grid ESO for DFS delivery. We can either directly control your customers' batteries to allow for optimum demand reduction during an event, or dispatch signals to allow the OEM to perform control.
EV Charger OEMs
For EV chargepoint makers and operators, we offer the same end-to-end engagement service as we do for Battery OEMs. We simply control your customers' chargers via our FlexiGrid platform, or enable you to control them.
Smart Meter Apps
You sign up your customer base, we deliver everything else, from smart meter access through to the settlement of your customers' consumption data.
How it works
We collect consented data from users’ smart meters who are opted-in to the scheme via our data platform, n3rgy. Using this consumption data, we then utilise our intelligent aggregation software, FlexiGrid, to calculate actual demand reduction during DFS events, allowing you to pass on rewards to your customers.
Settlement
Data provided in a timely manner at aggregated and individual levels.
Baselining
Ongoing calculations to determine available volumes for forecasting, bidding and settlement purposes.
Bidding
SMS pricing models based on market analysis and proxy data points.
Forecasting
Indicative forecasts weekly and day ahead for volumes and pricing.
