Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is an international non-profit organisation which manages the global environmental disclosure system. In 2021, SMS was rated ‘B’ for the measurement and management of risks and opportunities related to climate change.
Morgan Stanley Capital International – Rating: AA
Our MSCI rating has consistently improved in line with our evolving disclosures, progressing to AA rating based on data released in 2022, denoting us as ‘Leader’ status relative to industry peers.
S&P Global – Score: 50
We have newly engaged with S&P Global and are pleased that our latest rating of 50, based on data released in 2022, puts us in the 93rd Percentile.
Sustainable Development Goals
We are signed to the global registry of voluntary commitments in support of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); a set of global goals adopted by all United Nations Member States as a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.

Sustainalytics is a global leader in research and ratings, specifically measuring companies’ exposure to ESG risks and how well they manage them on a scale from 1-50. In 2021, SMS was ranked with an overall score of 26.6.
Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
By publicly declaring support for the TCFD and its recommendations, companies demonstrate that they are taking action to build a more resilient financial system through climate-related disclosure.
